Fair Industrial ribbon mixer is a professional equipment for production of exterior wall coating like building coating, dry mortar,etc.
The buliding coating is different from other coating and the coating concentration is higher.
According to customers different use, the equipment material have different choice, like carbon steel, stainless steel or other special steel. Can be applied to liquid mixing, solid-liquid mixture and other different mixing situations.
Our ribbon mixer adoptsO or U-shaped appearance design, the interior uses double spiral ribbion.
It is equipped with two or more spiral ribbion with same transmission capacity, but different screw diameter and screw direction on the level of the spindle.
Usually when the spindle rotate, one ribbion convey the materials from left to right,another one conveyer them from right to left. So that convective penetration action occurs in the machine to achieve the goal of blending well.
